Takes players from your countryKeep the standard Pragmatic caveat in mind. The studio certifies alternate RTP builds of the same game, and each casino chooses which build to run, so the version at your casino can pay less than the headline figure. The in-game info panel shows the RTP of the build you are actually playing, read it before you bet. If your screen ever disagrees with this page, trust your screen and tell us. How the game works
Everything below comes from Pragmatic Play’s own description, read August 6, 2026. The game plays on a 5×6 grid where landing 8 or more matching symbols anywhere awards instant cash prizes, and winning symbols tumble away so new ones can drop in. A win multiplier above the reels starts each base-game spin at 1x and doubles with every consecutive tumble, up to a maximum of 1,024x.
Landing 3 to 6 scatters triggers the bonus game: 10 free spins with a starting multiplier between 8x and 64x, matched to the number of scatters that triggered it. Before the feature begins, a gamble offer lets you risk that starting multiplier for a chance to double it, up to 256x, or play with the value you were awarded. The multiplier resets to its starting value before each new free spin, and hitting 3 to 6 scatters during the bonus resets the count to 10 spins and multiplies the starting multiplier by 2x to 16x.
Where it sits among Egypt slots
Egypt is the oldest costume in slots, and the interesting part is how differently the games underneath it pay. Fury of Anubis is a scatter-pays tumble game with a doubling multiplier, while the classic of the theme, Book of Dead, is a line-pays game built around one expanding symbol. We cover both ends: Book of Dead’s RTP and where it comes from, and what actually works in Eye of Cleopatra. Read the published figure for each game on its own studio page before you choose a costume.
What 96.52% costs you in practice
RTP is a long-run average. At 96.52%, every 100 you wager comes back as 96.52 on average, so the game keeps 3.48. Against the cheapest games we track, that is expensive: the 99% Plinko builds we cover keep 1 of every 100, and Aviator’s fixed 97%, verified in Spribe’s own game rules, keeps 3. The same turnover costs about three and a half times more here than on a 99% Plinko. What the price buys is the multiplier ladder, a doubling trail that the studio caps at 1,024x in the base game. A game built around doubling multipliers swings hard, so expect short sessions to land far from the average in both directions.
